As part of our interior design services for the Hilton Salwa Beach Resort project, our team at Mirabello Interiors was tasked with providing comprehensive value engineering for specified products that met both the requirements of the Hilton brand standards and the client's budgetary constraints. We were also tasked to convert detailed design drawings into issued for construction drawings.
To achieve this, we first conducted a thorough review of the Hilton brand standards to ensure that all products we recommended met their strict requirements for quality and design. From there, we worked closely with the client to understand their budgetary constraints and identified areas where we could reduce costs without sacrificing quality or design.
Our team used their industry knowledge and connections to source high-quality products that met the Hilton brand standards while also being cost-effective. We worked with vendors and manufacturers to negotiate prices and identify any opportunities for cost savings, without compromising on quality or design.
We also utilized our expertise and knowledge to create detailed design drawings that accurately represented the client's vision. From there, we meticulously converted those design drawings into issued for construction drawings, ensuring that every detail was accounted for.
