JAHEZ RESTAURANT
With a grab-and-go concept, Jahez Restaurant in West Bay, Doha embodies a slight modern industrial aesthetic. Mirabello conceived a seemingly simple yet stylish interior, with a sober and neutral palette of material which allows light to filter through the entire space.
Within the interior is a display of baked goods, fresh produce, deli items — and the central space provides seating for customers. Planters and display of greenery fill the restaurant; offering a garden respite and a relief from the hard surfaces of the city.
